  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Whipped cream (for topping, optional)
  • Lime slices (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs absorb the butter and form a sandy texture. Press this mixture firmly into the bottoms of your mini tart pans.
  2. Make the filling: In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  3. Fill the crusts: Spoon the filling into each tart crust, smoothing it into an even layer.
  4. Chill the tarts in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set the filling.
  5. Serve: Top each pie with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of lime just before serving.

Notes

These mini pies can be made up to two days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. They are no-bake and can also be customized with fresh berries or alternative citrus flavors.
