Ingredients

  • Assorted meats (chicken, beef, chorizo)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary and thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, and chopped fresh herbs.
  2. Marinate the meat: Cut the meats into bite-sized pieces, mix with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the meat: Thread the marinated meats onto skewers.
  5. Cook the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach the desired doneness.
  6. Rest the skewers for a few minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the meats overnight. Customize by experimenting with different herbs and spices.
