Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs You’ll Crave for Every Occasion!

Delicious deviled eggs topped with a sweet and savory maple bacon mixture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crumbled bacon.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives and additional bacon if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a few hours in advance; just keep them refrigerated until serving.
