- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Butter for grilling
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheddar cheese, bacon, apple slices, and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
