Mango Slaw

A vibrant and refreshing slaw combining crunchy vegetables and sweet mango, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced mango, sliced red bell pepper, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Whisk the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
