Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Deliciously cheesy and flavorful, these low-carb wraps are a perfect meal for any occasion, packed with protein and satisfying ingredients.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet or grill pan over medium heat, then drizzle in the olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and evenly divide the mixture among them. Roll tightly to form wraps.
  4. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from skillet and slice in half for serving, garnished with parsley.
