Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups

A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these roll ups combine seasoned ground meat, sautéed vegetables, and gooey Monterey Jack cheese for a satisfying meal.

  • 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef or Turkey)
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the chopped onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add ground meat, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned.
  4. Cool the mixture slightly before rolling.
  5. Assemble cheese slices on a baking sheet and spoon meat mixture on each slice.
  6. Roll the cheese around the filling, enclosing it snugly.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with different cheeses or add jalapeños for extra heat. These roll ups are great for meal prep!
