  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toss in the bell peppers and garlic, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
