  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup granola or nuts

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits: Wash the fruits gently under cold water. Chop the strawberries and peaches into bite-sized pieces. Keep blueberries whole.
  2. Mix the yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Layer the ingredients: In serving bowls or glasses, start with a layer of sweetened yogurt. Add fresh fruit on top for visual appeal.
  4. Add crunch: Sprinkle granola or your favorite nuts over the fruit layer.
  5. Repeat layers if desired, ending on a beautiful layer of fresh fruit.
  6. Drizzle additional honey or add nuts on top for presentation. Serve immediately or chill to enhance flavor.

Notes

Pre-chill serving bowls for a refreshing experience. Make the yogurt mixture a day in advance to save time.
