Jalapeño Poppers

Deliciously crunchy jalapeño poppers filled with creamy cheese, perfect for parties or game day snacks.

  • 6 Jalapeño Peppers
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 4 slices Bacon (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon if desired.
  6. Place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing and stuffing jalapeños in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to bake.
