Irresistible Valentine’s Day Cheesecake Brownies

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the melted butter and sugar in a large bowl until blended. Add in eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  3. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth; mix in red food coloring if desired.
  6. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.

Notes

Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting for better structure. Experiment with add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
