- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 cup of Irish cream liqueur
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Irish cream liqueur until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Fold in whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Take Oreo cookies and carefully twist them apart.
- Spread a generous amount of the Irish cream mixture on one half of the Oreo and place the other half on top.
- Repeat until all cookies are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
