Honey Peach Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Delightful cupcakes infused with sweet peaches and rich cream cheese, finished with a drizzle of honey.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Beat together the sugar and softened butter until creamy.
  3. Add in the cream cheese and continue to beat until well combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; then gradually add to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped peaches and honey.
  7. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the batter a day in advance, refrigerating it. If using air fryer, adjust cooking time.
