Honey Lime Basil Peach Fruit Salad

  • 4 ripe Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, torn

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash all the fruit. Slice the peaches into wedges and collect the pomegranate seeds.
  2. Combine the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds. Gently fold them together.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Add the Dressing: Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. Finish with Basil: Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top of the salad.
  6. Chill and Serve: Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
