Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp.
  3. Season the shrimp lightly with salt and pepper, then pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  5. Serve the shrimp over cooked rice or quinoa, topped with vegetables.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
