Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

A luxurious salmon dish featuring a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the dish or a resealable bag, pouring half the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the salmon to the prepared baking dish skin-side down and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Broil for the last 2 minutes for a crispy finish.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze, wrapped tightly, for up to 2 months.
