Homemade Chicken Spread for Sandwiches

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, if using, and mix well to reach desired consistency.
