- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
