Heart Shaped Brownies with Raspberry Swirl & Cheesecake

Indulgent heart-shaped brownies infused with creamy cheesecake and vibrant raspberry swirl, perfect for expressing love on any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your heart-shaped baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl, then whisk in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl, then add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, one egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  7. Puree the raspberries in a blender, then pour over the brownie batter and swirl with a skewer or knife.
  8. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the swirled brownie batter.
  9. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and create additional swirls.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into heart shapes.

Notes

You can prepare the brownie batter a day in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
