Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Breakfast Bake That Everyone Loves!

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast bake featuring flaky puff pastry filled with ham and cheese, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the diced ham and shredded cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  6. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
  7. Cut a few slits in the top pastry to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
