- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the diced ham and shredded cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
- Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
- Cut a few slits in the top pastry to allow steam to escape.
