A quick and delicious skillet dish featuring ground turkey and colorful bell peppers, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced bell peppers, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until peppers are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

  • Feel free to use any color of bell peppers.
