Garlic Butter Steak Rigatoni

Indulge in a creamy garlic butter steak rigatoni that combines hearty pasta with seared steak in a luxurious sauce.

  • 12 oz rigatoni
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook rigatoni until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Sear the cubed steak in a skillet with olive oil, seasoning generously with salt and pepper, until browned.
  3. Create the sauce by melting butter in the skillet, adding garlic and stirring until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Combine cooked rigatoni with sauce, adding reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
  6. Reintroduce the steak to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
