  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper, letting it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. Rest the steak covered loosely with foil on a cutting board.
  5. Prepare the cream sauce by adding heavy cream to the skillet and simmering.
  6. Incorporate Parmesan cheese gradually, whisking until smooth and thickened.
  7. Finish with truffle oil stirred in for extra flavor.
