Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Quickly prepare these indulgent garlic butter steak bites, perfectly seared and served with zucchini for a delightful weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add butter to the same skillet and melt, then add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  6. Stir in zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything in the garlic butter for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
