Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese infused with garlic butter, creating a crispy exterior and a gooey, cheesy interior.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down on a skillet, and sprinkle half the cheese on each.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  5. Heat the skillet over low heat, cooking undisturbed for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from the pan once golden brown and cheese is bubbly; slice and serve immediately.

Notes

You can make the garlic butter ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a week. Experiment with adding bacon, tomatoes, or other ingredients.
