- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup au jus (for dipping)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on top of the mustard.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
