French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups You Can’t Resist Trying!

Delicious and easy-to-make French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups, perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup au jus (for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on top of the mustard.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
