  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with additional strawberries and syrup if desired.
