Fluffy Cottage Breakfast

A delightful breakfast dish made with cottage cheese and eggs, bringing comfort and flavor to your morning.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy.
  3. Add cottage cheese, almond flour, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and level it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the batter the night before and refrigerate. You can also use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
