A savory breakfast casserole that combines the flavors of everything bagels with eggs, cheese, and vegetables for a hearty morning meal.

  • 6 everything bagels, cubed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the cubed bagels, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bell pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
