- 6 everything bagels, cubed
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
