Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
