- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
