Easy Roasted Pears with Blue Cheese, Walnuts & Honey Delights!

A simple yet elegant dessert featuring roasted pears topped with blue cheese, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.
  6. Drizzle with honey before serving.
