  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, then cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat, adding the ground beef. Brown it evenly, breaking it apart with your wooden spoon until fully cooked and no pink remains.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Gently add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until each strand gets coated in the rich sauce.
  8. Finally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
