Easy Christmas Morning Monkey Bread That Everyone Loves!

A delightful and easy-to-make monkey bread perfect for Christmas morning, loved by everyone.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Layer the dough pieces in the bundt pan, adding chopped pecans and raisins between layers if desired.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar, then pour it over the dough in the bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

Notes

  • For a festive touch, add a drizzle of icing on top after baking.
  • Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
