  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a blender, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Blend until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
