  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup arugula or spinach

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, dill, and capers until well combined.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Place a layer of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Add a handful of arugula or spinach on top of the salmon.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
