Delicious Crustless Mushroom Quiche for Effortless Brunch!

A delightful and easy-to-make crustless mushroom quiche, perfect for brunch or a light meal.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms and onions until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  4. Add the sautéed mushrooms and onions to the egg mixture, followed by the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
