  • 1 tablespoon unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Chopped Tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeño slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Low-Carb Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until gooey.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef.
  4. Cook the beef until browned, adding taco seasoning.
  5. Lay out tortillas and start with a tablespoon of cheese sauce, then layer beef, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and sour cream.
  6. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to seal.
  7. Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  8. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with cilantro, and serve warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or lentils. Wraps can be frozen before cooking and reheated later.
