Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake for Easy Meals!

A delicious and hearty meal made in a crockpot, featuring tender steak and flavorful potatoes, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes and chopped onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the cubed steak on top of the potatoes and onion.
  3. Pour the beef broth over the steak and vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheese and sour cream until melted and combined.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
  • Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or pork.
