Crispy Feta Rolls

Delightful crispy feta rolls filled with a creamy mixture of feta and cream cheese, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tablespoons chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Take one sheet of phyllo dough, brush it with melted butter and place another sheet on top. Repeat with three sheets.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the cheese mixture at one end and roll it up, tucking in the sides.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Warm honey and stir in chili flakes for drizzling.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with chili honey.

Notes

Make-ahead by assembling and refrigerating rolls before baking. Can be air fried for quicker cooking.
