Crispy Feta Rolls

Delightful rolls of phyllo pastry filled with creamy feta and tangy cream cheese, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo Pastry Sheets
  • Feta Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Chili Honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Herbs (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, black pepper, and herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Place a phyllo sheet on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spoon a small amount of filling at one end of the phyllo sheet.
  5. Fold the phyllo over the filling to form a log, pressing gently as you roll.
  6. Brush the top of the roll with olive oil and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

Notes

Feel free to prepare the rolls ahead of time and bake them fresh; they can also be frozen for later use.
