  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the cotton candy gently until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and freeze for about 1 hour.
  4. Once frozen, roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the cheesecake balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil and let them drain on paper towels.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
