Delicious salmon bites coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs served with a tangy, creamy sauce that adds a layer of flavor.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for pan-searing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon: Thoroughly coat each piece of salmon in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the pan: In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Pan-Sear the salmon: Place the salmon bites in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Toss in sauce: Gently toss the crispy bites in the prepared sauce.
  7. Serve warm: Place salmon bites on a serving platter and enjoy.

Notes

You can prepare the sauce a day in advance. For a lighter option, air fry them instead of pan-searing.
