Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Delicious crispy salmon bites coated in panko breadcrumbs, served with a zesty dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan until shimmering.
  5. Fry the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Make the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Serve the salmon bites warm with the dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider air frying the salmon bites.
