Creamy White Keto Lasagna

A comforting, low-carb lasagna made with creamy ricotta, ground turkey, and Alfredo sauce, perfect for keto diets.

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey or Chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
  • 6 ounces Frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add the ground turkey or chicken to your skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and onion to the meat mixture, sautéing for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Blend ricotta, egg, salt, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl.
  5. Thaw and drain the spinach, then stir it into the ricotta mixture.
  6. Layer: In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce. Layer half of the ground meat, then half of your ricotta-spinach mixture, and sprinkle with a third of the remaining mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layering process, ending with a thick layer of Alfredo sauce topped with the remaining mozzarella.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing ingredients the day before. Customize with veggies or different proteins as desired.
