  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the heavy cream and sliced pepperoncini peppers, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
