  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup ramen noodles
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., spinach, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken broth in a large pot until rolling.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Prepare the chicken breasts in a separate sauté pan, cooking over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and fresh vegetables in the residual chicken juices for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Create the sauce by adding heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring well.
  6. Combine the shredded chicken with the sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the creamy chicken mixture over ramen noodles and garnish with green onions.

Notes
