Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool completely before frosting.
  10. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  11. Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and top with chopped cranberries.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
