Chocolate Caramel Toffee Poke Cake That’ll Wow Your Guests!

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
  7. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce, then pour it over the cake, ensuring it fills the holes.
  8. Allow the cake to cool completely, then spread whipped topping over the top.
  9. Sprinkle toffee bits on top of the whipped topping.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
