Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Delightful sliders filled with juicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, all nestled in soft slider buns.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  6. Mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing until well coated.
  7. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  8. Spoon the shredded chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  9. Top each slider with a slice of bacon.
  10. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
  11. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  12. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  13. Slice into individual sliders and garnish with parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

For quicker prep, use shredded rotisserie chicken. Customize with different cheeses or dressings to suit your taste.
